"My friend and I went on Jon's basket weaving course recently and were both really impressed with the whole day. He was an articulate, calm, patient and very knowledgeable teacher. It was pitched at a perfect pace and everyone (6 people) made a basket to be proud of. He also made several cracking cups of tea for us! The room and all facilities were perfectly suited to the task and I will definitely return for more of Jon's courses. A fantastic day and I look forward to my next one."  Helen Shipton

"Jon was a great teacher and had the patience of a saint with me as it took a fair few demonstrations to get my head around it. he broke it down even further for me and was encouraging in a very calm collective manner which only comes from a true expert. I really enjoyed the whole day and proudly show off my basket and look forward to trying my new found skills out again soon. Many thanks to Jon." Kelly-Dee Shakesby

"Thank you so much for a wonderful day!
Both Sue and I are fabulously pleased and surprised that we could complete such a quality product at our first attempt.
Your easy style and patient approach was very enabling for all six of us on the course and I wish you very well for the future - you're obviously going to go a long way! I look forward to meeting you again some day."

"What a fabulous way to spend a Sunday making willow baskets under the expert guidance of Jon. I walked in a complete novice and by the end of the day had made a lovely basket I'm very proud of. A great group of folk on the course, cannot wait to attend a follow up to make a Trug. Thank you Jon for your very informative tuition, patience and humour. All the best for the future." Sue
"Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable course. Having trouble convincing people that the basket I took home was actually made by me though. The size of the group meant we had lots of guidance from you, and I have just realised, you never actually took over and did anything on anyone's basket for them, just patient ,precise teaching. Well done" Susan
"Thank you for a lovely day. Norrie and myself are incredibly proud of our baskets and are looking forward to practising the many skills you taught us. Family and friends have also been impressed with the quality of our results which are due largely to your patient instruction and great preparation for the day.
We had a great time and are really pleased with our new skills- many thanks" Cher & Norman
